points converstion to CDI HELP!

i have a 503 rotax which is points model,can i put the 377 rotax cdi-mag-backing plate-coils onto the 503 and will it work?Has anyone tried it?????

unfortunately you can't, the flywheel and crankshaft are different. You might be able to convert if you can swap crankshaft ends but it would require more investigation.
