a buddy and myself have decided to make a hovercraft. we have a few troubles, 1 how to make a skirt or design one to fit a sheet of plywood that is 6 feet in length and 4 feet wide.

2. how to make a duct from our fan(we are using a 5.5 hp hot air balloon inflator fan with a 24inch blade. and we are also not sure if we should build it with a cover over our legs ect. any suggestions or comments are greatly appreaceated!

Hate to burst your bubble but you are going about it the wrong way. I'm in Michigan too. You can contact me at hoverbucks@yahoo.com and I'll help you to the best of my ability.
