Anyone know anything about these?

It is not me selling it so I haven't put this post in Classifieds... I just wondered if anyone had a bit more info...? It looks like an interesting craft.

Is that 3 thrust fans? What is that all about?

I remember this craft from years ago when I was a nipper! Built by 'The Light Hovercraft Company'?

I think it used to have just the two fans with integrated lift from each. Looks like a third central lift fan has been added at some point.

Brings back nice memories http://hovercraft.org.uk/images/icons/smiley_icons/icon_smile.gif

I remember seeing one of these in the 1984 or 1985 edition of the Janes Surface Skimmers books that I borrowed from a local library many years ago. If you can find one of these books from 84 or 85 it gives you all the info on this craft.
