Advice on passenger carrying

I want to be able to carry paying passengers in a 6 or 8 seat hovercraft as well as doing the occasional bit of survey work or similar.



What qualifications, certificates and permits do I need to do this legally? http://hovercraft.org.uk/images/icons/smiley_icons/icon_confused.gif
