briggs tacho help please

can anyone confirm wether a briggs 12hp ic quiet single cylinder sparks once per rev or once per two revs?



the tacho don posted is cheap, the uk agent wants 45quid delivered for a universal tacho! however light aero spares do a specific to engine tacho for 24quid (its a tiny tach)

as i pass them from time to time, this works out cheaper than getting one from the states!



i think it sparks every rev, but cant really be sure, and cant get a briggs manual specific enough to answer the question?

Yes onece every rev.



The difference between the universal tacho and the standard one is that you can set service interval reminders, reset the time run and it records max RPM
