WOW - how long has it been?

So we have just about had enough of this country and have decided to come and be a part of the spectacle over there.

So a new career is in order, I am looking for something in the line of Hovercraft manufacture or design.

I have been a Desk Top Publisher from streight out of school, 10 years experience now.

The wife is a qualified banker and will most prob. Look for something in that line of work.

In that time, with the help of the club I have built a successful 503 and as many of you know it was a long hard learning curve, I however succeeded in the end and have a working reliable craft that makes me proud. I also have been of late experimenting with Hydrogen Fuel, I already have a unit in my car that lets me get 3km per litre better fuel cons. The next step to come is a full Hydoxy powered car, I feel that I am not far off that goal.

We are going to get our Ancestral Visa’s I hope within the next month or so and have had the house on the market for some time too.

We do already have friends that are living in London where we will stay for the first few weeks till we get a place of our own.

We intend on becoming full, active members of the club as soon as our plane lands, I see that I should be able to acquire a hull and duct quite cheaply and will bring along my 503 and drive train etc.

First off though, we need to secure work and so on.

If anyone can help out at all, I will really appreciate it, I am going to send my CV to all the manufacturers that I can find online and hope for a positive response.

I look forward in meeting you all very soon and adding to great memories for the future.

Thanks to all in advance

God Bless

Sean Atterbury

Good to hear you are coming over to our fair Isle!

If you want a fantastic place to live that is picturesque and near great hovering you want to look at Gloucestershire (I am slightly biased mind http://hovercraft.org.uk/images/icons/smiley_icons/icon_biggrin.gif )

What are you interested in, racing, cruising or both!?

Good luck in your quest.

Both, I went to a pond over here and had a great time jumping over a sand bank. Speed is a given but its nice to get out and see the country, so I am in for it all.

What realy gets the heart pumping is taking on the CROCKS, power up and over them as they sit idle in the shallows, just as you get to them they go under, WOW. No crocks over there though, pitty.

Hmmmmm, Crocodilian Jaws and teeth versus 2/3 layers of CSM?

Yup,

That'd get my heart going as well!

I am not realy into it that much, I love the info and the cources, but network marketing is not a strong point.

I just chuck it up there just in case. http://hovercraft.org.uk/images/icons/smiley_icons/icon_smile.gif
