I'm rubbish at karting, all enthusiasm and no finesse. Still, I might take a few out with me!

I have enquired about ice karting at Bristol. It seems the more people you get the longer track time you have.

At the half way point they let you have a break and they cover the ice with about 2" of water. Could be fun.

We did it there a couple of years back. Was good but a tad limited because you just go round and round in an oval (obvious really!).

They didn't cover the ice with 2" of water when we went they just got the ice prep machiney thing out and smoothed it off again.

Oh and by the way our team won, even though the chick in the middle couldn't count and gave the win to the other team (you know who you are). Luckily I'm not bitter about it! http://www.jonrb.com/emoticons/hehe.gif
