after a busy 48 hours of incoming bookings -pleased to see that we can run the endurance race and have good levels of bookings for both dinner meals.
i am sorry for having to hassle folk to get bookings but i needed an idea on numbers for the chefs.

thanks for the support.

late bookings can be made now direct to HCGB member serives only, who will take your money and feed on the booking to me.
those who want to pay at the event will be subject to availablilty now though

remember the live band and meal is a closed show - a real top band and great food. join in and celebrate a great European weekend

Hi Keith,

If we are not having the meal do we have to pay to see the band or can we just rock up?

I understand from Keith that it's all or nothing. One ticket covers food and band. No non ticketed entries.

Looks like we'll be the same then as the kids will be in bed, so we were going to do shifts. Best pack more beer then !

we are trying to encourage a communion between HCGB and EHF so we'd love it if you were able to sign up for a great BBQ and live show.

however, if you really don't want the food you can still come to see the band for a fiver.

they really are good so do please try to support the club in its efforts to entertain you.

Communion's not much of a meal! I'd expect more than bread and wine
