(2013 hovercraft days)
In order to allow to the greatest number, pilots, manufacturers, owners or amateurs of hovercrafts ; to tune, to test, to measure, to adapt, to drive their craft, and to exchange between experts, Quercy Aeroglisseurs organises on its famous hovercraft site from Reingues/46 – Prudhomat : Les Journée AéroGlisseurs 2013.

Dates : from May 8th to May 12th.

Proposal for the planning. We expect your suggestions to adapt it as well as possible.

Wednesday May 8th ,
· Welcome of participant, installation of a paddock and a technical area. (the admitting will be also done
the following days)
· installation in camp-site zone (for who wishes it)
· 18:00 opening ceremony of the JAG 2013
· 20:00 Aperitif Bodéga drink at your own - meal with the suitability of each one
· 23:00 Curfew (reduction of all the noise sources)

Thursday May 9th
· 9:00 to 10:00 conference, debate, discussion, or all other activities without engine, with provision as of participants.
· 10:00 to 11:30: various measurements and tests on circuit (devices competition and others)
· 12 at 14:00 pauses lunch under Bodéga, low-costs, on reservation the morning.
· from 14 to 15:00 conference, debate, discussion, or all other activities without engine (nap ?)
· of 15:00 to 16:00, maiden rides and driving initiation (voluntary)
· from 15:00 to 17:30 noise level measure and tests on circuit. (competition craft)
· 20 :00 Aperitif Bodéga drink at your own - meal at low-costs on reservation the morning

Friday May 10th
· 9:00 to 10:00 presentation, debate, discussion, or all other activities without engine, with provision as of participants.
· 10:00 to 11:30: noise level measure and tests on circuit. (devices competition and others)
· 12 to 14:00 pauses lunch, meal at low-costs on reservation the morning.
· 14 to 15:00 conference, debate, discussion, or all other activities without engine.

Saturday May 11th
· 9:00 to 10:00 of 9:00 to 10:00 lecture, discussion, or all other activities without engine, with provision as
of participants.
· 10:00 to 11:30: measurements and tests on circuit “not competition” the competition craft can circulate in calm cruising mode.
· 12 at 14:00 pauses lunch, meal at low-costs on reservation the morning
· 14 with 15:00 conference, debate, discussion, or all other activities without engine.
· 15:00 to 16:00, baptisms initiation.
· 16:00 to 17:30 tests various devices “not competitions” and maiden rides for the public, possible
demonstration chases 30 minutes.

· 03:00 Curfew (reduction of all the sources of noise)
Sunday May 12th
· 9:00 to 10:00 of 9:00 to 10:00 lecture, debate, discussion, or all other activities without engine, with
provision of the participants.
· 10:00 to 11:30: measurements and tests on circuit “not competition” the devices of competition can circulate in mode strolls.
· 12 to 14:00 pauses lunch. meal at low-costs on reservation the morning
· 14 to 15:00 closing ceremony of the JAG 2013
· 15:00 to 18:30 if possible : maiden ride for all.

Additional information – rules

General information :
The engines could be started only from 10:00 to 11:30 and 16:00 to 17:30. This in order to take account of the vicinity. The efforts of protection of the site against the noise were made (anti-noise ridge, pruning,) but it is advisable to respect the quietude of the neighbours.
No circulation, no engine-tests will be allowed apart from these gaps. However, the devices whose noise level can be confirmed lower than 76 dBa to 25 m will be able to exploit complementary gaps (15 to 18:30 for example).

The special needs could be expressed dice now. They will be analysed in order to try to find an answer there. Do not hesitate with us to inform of it.
Meals :
Meals at low-costs will be possible under Bodéga and on preliminary reservation, open of 8:30 to 10:00 each morning.
For the meal with topic of Friday, compulsory reservation before your arrival in order to ensure best
possible logistics.

Security :
There is no chairman for race, it is not a competition. But the track will be under permanent monitoring during the opening hours of the circuit. A boat will be set up on the water.
· Maximum 6 crafts on the track simultaneously,
· Priority to the craft which is in front. That which exceeds must face up to its responsibilities without
obstructing that which is in front of,
· In the event of device in difficulty or decree, the others pilot must preserve the security and stop if
necessary,
· Before the first exit, each device will have to undergo a technical control adapted to its use (competition
- leisure), knowing that the devices of competition are there only for tests and adjustments.
· Noise protection and glasses or/and helmet
· Life jacket
· Suit – gloves – shoe
· Test of the kill switch
· Test of buoyancy is strongly advised.
The maiden rides are done according to the code of practice, the passengers carry a waistcoat and safety goggles.
Driving initiations will be organised according to the possibilities.

Keep in Mind :
The engines could be started only from 10:00 to 11:30 and 16:00 to 17:30.
No driving test will be allowed apart from these gaps (except if the noise level can be confirmed lower than 76 dBa @ 25 m)

Possibility of camp-site on the site with water and electricity,

Insurance
For the competition craft, the event will be declared to the FM, your licence FFM insures you (presentation
of the card).
For the FFM recorded leisure hovercraft, same.
For the others, a civil liability insurance will be required with handing-over of a certificate.
