Hi all,

I will be chief scrutineer at Hacketts . I will be on site from 9am Friday so if you arrive early and can get yourself organised, contact me and I will do the necessary in the paddock on Friday. Scrutineering on Saturday will be done on the start finish line as at Mongols. As it is a European it could be busy so get yourselves organised early.

I will be doing initial scrutineering in the paddock, so if you have a new craft come and get me!!

See you all at the weekend

Just a thought Keith, but should craft be operating BEFORE they're scrutineered? Surely theres an insurance issue if something were to happen on the way to the grid to be inspected. Are we, as drivers, covered?

To set your mind at rest - yes, the Club is covered whether a craft is scrutineered or not. However, the Club won't allow drivers to take part in Practice or in Racing until their craft has been scrutineered, entry fees have been paid and the insurance sticker is on the craft.
