Round 2 of the National Racing championships
26th-28th May 2007.


This year the 2nd round of the 2007 National Hovercraft racing championships is being held in the grounds of the Gang Warily Recreation and Community Centre.

You will get to see some of the best hovercraft racers in the world battling against each other as the racing season continues.

In addition to some entertaining racing, club members can look forward to the now traditional BBQ on Saturday evening and hope you will join the throng.

There will be onsite catering available at the burger van in the car park during the day, breakfasts are also available in the Centre. The showers in the Centre are available to HCGB members over the weekend for a small charge.

To find Gang Warily Community Centre,
  • Leave the M27 at Junction 2 and follow the A326 for approximately 12 miles until you reach Hardley/Holbury.
  • Here you will pass the local shops & take-aways on the right.
  • At the first roundabout after Holbury turn right, towards Blackfield.
  • After approximately 300 yards, turn left at the traffic lights and the centre will be seen on your left.

Please note that the Centre will be making a small charge for entry to the public car parking area during the daytime.

HCGB members should drive past the centre and the entrance to the members-only camping area can be found 200 yards further along, on the left.
