That'll be an interesting delivery run - Southampton to Edinburgh. That's what I call an offshore cruise!

Hoverwork made the trip to st Andrews in 1999 for the British

    open golf championship.

The 500+ nautical mile journey to St. Andrews was completed in just 12.5 hours at speed plus 2 refuelling stops - an average speed of over 40 knots.

    Not a bad time

I sent a email to Stagecoach asking about tickets for the 3 day

trial taking place in a month or two. I receved a email back

saying this will be a private testing involving representatives from the various agencies involved in the cross-Forth project.

I will just have to take my Osprey 5 along and try and keep up!

Sounds like a good idea if my Osprey is back by then.

... interesting to see what you've done with your trailer.

I have had the offer of one launching site + negotiating with another that would do away with the trailer issue for local use.

Have been keeping my eyes open for a tipping flat bed. Saw one in Oban but it belongs to someone.

Must go and phone to find out progress on the hover.
