hi ya daddygoose , i had the same problem a few weeks again , found out that the needle valves in the carbs needed replacing , that stopped the problem all together .

are you gravity feeding the carbs or pump feeding ?

i'm using an electric pump and also fitted a pressure regulator so the needle vavles didnt get too much pressure

    hope this helps

the rubber seal on the float chamber needle can harden although TZR's flooding is a well known problem

make sure the floats are at the correct level, a rough guide is if you hold the carb upside down the split line of the float should be horizontal to the carb body - try blowing through the fuel feed line whilst it it upside down you should not be able to blow through it

    good luck
