    Hi,

When it comes to reverse thrust a lot of thinking and time is involved. I have actually given up on this for my first craft due to the extra time, materials, weight and know how needed to do this.

Looking at Canair's design, this would be I think one of the easier ways to do it. I know a fellow in the UK who has used this design on the crafts he has built. It seems to work for him. Keep in mind this is not the most effective way. Hovertrek I think really has this application down by using 'pods' to redirect the air flow, again this would take some engineering, but anything is possible

I will admit it would be a nice to have feature but is it needed in your application. It will add weight to the craft. If your need is speed (like me ) then it may not be such a good idea. If you are looking for something that has extra manourability this could be worth looking into.

I hope I have given you a little insight. If you have any other questions by all means let me know

I' ve made a very light device, only to get my craft down from the trailer and move on rough ground when speed is not wanted. It' s 200 gr weight but must be set and removed by hand on ground. It' s only a flow reducer, that allows to manoeuver.

May be useful for someone else.

I' ll look for pics today.
