    Default Intergrated Duct Construction

Intergrated. I want to build a new fibreglass duct, the last one I made with a sheet of ply and some steel plate wraped around then for the rounded bit I used putty.

What other ways are there of doing it, I would like to get a realy nice finish and my classing technique is not of the best, as you all know the present duct is too big and I only get 30 Km/h out of the craft, I should be getting at leat 70 I think or am I wrong.
