<u>Main:</u> Traditional Roast Sirloin of Beef accompanied by Yorkshire pudding and Roast Gravy

<u>Vegge Main:</u> Tartlet of Goat’s cheese and Sweet Onion Marmalade with Glazed Rocket and Red Pepper

<u>Desert:</u> Profiteroles filled with a Praline Cream, Hazelnut Chocolate Sauce
