    Default SKIRT THREAD

What type and grade of thread do most people use on their racing segment skirts?

Nylon seems to be popular, but their seems to be different grades - m40 and m60 mean anything to anybody?

Maybe I should call my nan!

    Hello,

Just found the reel I got from Ken.

M60 it says on the bottom.

Goes through the sewing machine ok.

Ive got an old hand powered one the only problems ive had is not keeping an eye on the loose bit of thread i havent cut off getting caught up.

I just use the biggest needles that are in the pack I get from the super market.

    Hope this helps,

    Craig
