    Good work dude.

Just one thing, get the fan guard on before running it again. It will save you from serious injury in the event of something getting into the fan and making it explode.

    Looks good, well done!

One other thing, what revs are you pulling? I say cos the tzr needs the airbox to rev to opimum.

    16 tooth H down pulley , 54 tooth H top , Truflo fan blades .

    I must run the engine max at 9000 rpm ~ 45hp !

I will put the airbox ,this is the first start !

what is the cost for one good fan guard ?

Ah, 9000 rpm seems a bit too low to me it will only do that if it is tuned to produce power at that output, standard is max power at 10,000 or 10,500.

A guard is about 52 from ken at km products.

peak power on a TZR is 9800rpm and power drops off sharply after that

Great work, but a must is the fan guard, I had my craft cover sitting on the floor in front to the right of my craft while testing like you and it got sucked in. Broke only one blade luckily I was attached to the lanyard and could get it stopped quite quick.
