    Default elevator or elevons

What is the best type of nose down pitching do racers prefer a elevator type or an elevon type or both, I know you would use the elevon type to control more of the nose when you are making a turn, and the elevator you can control the nose more at higher speeds, but I just want to know what works best?

not a racing person myself, but how many hands are you going to need to control the steering and the elevons or elevators? if you go elevons that are connected to the steering the situation might arise that would roll the craft over in a turn.

have seen elevators on craft when gone to watch races, some of which are cable controlled with a lever, some of which are static and adjustable in the pit.
