    Default Rescue Tape

    At the Southampton Boat Show, along with many others I came across this amazing tape that has so many emergency uses.
    I really believe having seen it that all cruising craft should have a roll on board. There are many websites out there but this one is a good indicator of what it does.
    I paid A fiver for a roll but another stand was selling something similar for 24.99!!

    Check it out at;

    Cheers. Kip

    That looks good stuff Kip.

    It looks very much like self-vulcanising tape which we used to use in the RAF and by some strange coincidence I had a lot of it on my Range-Rover.....

    I even used it around my push bike handlebars! The only trouble with it was if you get a cut on it, it tares...

    The stuff we had was called "Green Line Tape" due to the fact it had a green line down the middle which you used as a guide to how much to overlap.

    Very good stuff.
