    Default Fan Performance

If it's not a matter of confidentiality, can anyone give me the figures that can be obtained by a fan to produce static thrust. I'm looking for real life figures, not software readouts. I've read that between 4 - 6 lbf/HP is a good target. (Sorry, can't do newtons per kW - too old!)

Ken has a useful table on his website that I use to setup my hovercraft.

    Thanks, Darren. Appreciated.

I have seen Ken's publication but given how crucial the duct design is to fan performance, I was hoping that the user of a more modern duct design might divulge his figures.
